Memphis woman injured in crash near Oakwood

OAKWOOD — A Memphis woman was taken to Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana on Tuesday following a single vehicle crash near Oakwood.
According to a state police report, Donna F. Ford, 45, of Memphis, was driving a 2007 Volvo semitractor truck east in the right lane of Interstate 74 just west of Oakwood at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday when she felt the vehicle start to hydroplane and lose control.
The vehicle left the highway, rolled over in a ditch and landed in a farm field on the south side of the highway.
Ford was ticketed for improper lane usage.
Ford was taken to Carle, where she was treated and released.
