Bradley-Market intersection reopens following gas leak

CHAMPAIGN  -- Champaign police report that the intersection of Bradley Avenue and Market Street has reopened following a gas leak.

Traffic had been diverted from the intersection due to a gas line leak until the leak was repaired.

According to an Ameren spokesman, an Ameren contractor hit the gas line at the northeast corner, causing the leak.
