County Board District 11 entails much of north Champaign and Urbana. Very generally, it includes everything north of University Avenue between Neil Street in Champaign and High Cross Road in Urbana, and also a segment of Champaign north of Bradley Avenue between North Prospect and North Neil. It has a population of 18,272.
