Champaign police investigate shooting

CHAMPAIGN — Police are investigating a reported shooting Tuesday evening.

Champaign police said they received a report of shots fired at the Blue Star 2 convenience store, 918 W. Bradley Ave., just west of Prospect Avenue, at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Police spokeswoman Rene Dunn said officers found a round lodged in a vehicle parked there but no victim and no suspects.
