Ogle said that the day after the fire, a source told the sheriff’s office about teens who had been talking about burning it down.

Investigators talked to several of them and on Monday arrested Cody Sullivan, 17, of the 300 block of East Byron, Sidney, at his home.

He was charged Tuesday, along with Todd Barnes, 17, of the 300 block of South White Street, Sidney. A summons was issued for Barnes to come to court on April 13.
