News-Gazette offers downloadable election guide

The News-Gazette is making available a downloadable guide to the Nov. 6, 2012 election for voters in Champaign, Piatt and Vermilion counties. Included are Tom Kacich's columns; news reporting by the staff of The News-Gazette and the Piatt County Journal-Republican, relating to the contested races in those counties; and questionnaires completed by candidates for federal, state and county offices.

The document is an ebook saved as a 1.4 MB pdf file. It should open just fine in Adobe Reader or other pdf reader on a computer. It has been tested to load in an Android tablet using Aldiko reader and Kindle reader app, and on an iPad using iBooks.

Greg Durbin, Tom Pikus and Alan Arnold of The News-Gazette assembled the book.
