Brown University prof to deliver lecture

CHAMPAIGN — The Archaeological Institute of America Lecture at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Krannert Art Museum auditorium will be delivered by Lanny Bell, adjunct professor of Egyptology at Brown University.

Bell's topic will be "Mythology and Iconography of Divine Kingship in Ancient Egypt."

The talk is free and open to the public and sponsored in part by the University of Illinois Department of the Classics, Archaeological Institute of America/Central Illinois Society and Krannert Art Museum, which is at 500 E. Peabody Drive, C.
