School sets rummage sale, seeks donations

DANVILLE — The Kenneth D. Bailey Academy is seeking items for a rummage sale that will serve as the alternative school's year-end fundraiser.

The rummage sale will be held 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 11 at the school, 502 E. Main St., Danville.

Items they need include clothing, accessories, household items, furniture, tools, electronics or other things you would like to donate.

People can drop off their donations at the school from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting on Wednesday. School officials also will pick up items.

Also, independent vendors are invited to set up a booth for $30.

The rummage sale is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the school gymnasium.
