No injuries in two-alarm fire in Urbana

URBANA - No one was injured in a mid-morning fire in Urbana on Sunday.

 Firefighters were called to a two-alarm fire at 1107 W. Hill St., U, at about 9:25 a.m. Sunday.

Chief Mike Dilley said heavy flames were showing from the front porch area when firefighters arrived.

"They were able to knock the body of the fire down," Dilley said. "However, it extended into other parts of the house and the attic."

Dilley said there were no injuries. A cause was not yet known.
