Technology is focus for newest Champaign school board member

The newest Champaign Unit 4 School Board member said staying current with technology is an important part of the process when it comes to educating students.

Kerris Lee of Savoy was chosen two weeks ago as the replacement for Stig Lanesskog, who resigned in June.

Lee said technology is always advancing.

Lee made the comments Monday on the WDWS Morning Show.

Lee will be sworn in on August 5th and will serve on the school board until April 2015.
