Brady: money not everything in governor's race

A Republican candidate for Illinois governor said the race won't be all about money.

The comments from Bloomington state Sen. Bill Brady come in reponse to one of his primary opponents, billionaire businessman Bruce Rauner, who's already running campaign ads.

Brady said having lots of money to spend doesn't necessarily put Rauner at an advantage.

Meanwhile on the Democratic side of the Governor's race, Brady said he expects the incumbent Pat Quinn to prevail over Bill Daley in what he says will be a "bitter and ugly" primary.

Brady made the comments Friday on the WDWS Morning Show.
