One Danville Carle clinic now aligned with Hoopeston facility

DANVILLE — The Carle primary care clinic at 311 W. Fairchild St., Danville, is now part of the Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center.

Carle says the change, effective Dec. 1, will help the organization access some additional grants and financial incentives available only to the rural health clinics of critical access hospitals.

Harry Brockus, CEO of Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, said patients covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield now have expanded access at the Danville facility because all primary care providers will be in-network there for that insurer.

Brockus also said more providers have been added, and the Fairchild clinic is now accepting new patients as a result of the change.

The Carle facility at 2300 N. Vermilion St., Danville, remains under management of Carle Foundation Hospital.
