"The Council of Administration reaffirms its conviction that much of the dancing at the present time is highly objectionable and it insists that dancing carried on with the permission of the council, either in university buildings or elsewhere, should conform to standards acceptable to the disciplinary officers of the university," the council said in a statement. But if anyone violates the rule, they could be dismissed.
