Some weather advisories remain in effect for East Central Illinois after Thursday's active weather day.

For all of the area except Ford and Iroquois counties, a flood warning remains in effect until mid-afternoon Friday.  A flood warning is also in effect for the Sugar Creek at Milford until late Saturday.

Many roads and waterways in the area are still experiencing flooding.  You're advised not to drive over a flooded roadway and to secure outdoor items so they are not washed away.

Also, a wind advisory remains in effect for Ford and Iroquois counties until 3 p.m. Friday.

Wind gusts could reach 45 miles per hour, making travel hazardous.
