Sunday's It's Your Business is loaded. Here's a sample:
Armando Sandoval, co-owner of the Maize Mexican Grill at First and Green streets in Champaign, says he hopes a second Maize will be open next month.

As you may remember, Sandoval announced plans in April 2013 to take over the former Cafe Luna space in the old Champaign train station at 116 N. Chestnut St., C. But plans got delayed as he concentrated efforts on the original restaurant during the 2013-14 school year and waited for a liquor license for the new spot.
“We’re looking to begin in July,” Sandoval said.
He plans to start serving in the northern dining room and on the patio first and expand later to the southern dining room. Hours are expected to be 5 to 10 p.m. in the beginning, and perhaps expand to 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. later, if business warrants.
Sandoval said he loves the looks of the old train station and plans to keep the decor “simple.” The new restaurant will start with the same menu as the existing one and also offer appetizers, desserts and drinks.
He said he plans to divide his kitchen crew among the two locations, but will need to hire servers for the new spot.
