Crimestoppers of Champaign County hosted police officers, prosecutors, reporters and community business supporters at its annual meeting in Urbana Thursday. Some of the highlights:

28: Years Crimestoppers has been active in the county.

16,210: Cases received in that time.

1,872: Cases solved.

$106,860: Amount of reward dollars paid to tipsters.

748: Cases received in 2013.

49: Cases solved in 2013.

6: Homicide tips in July.
