— Lou Henson, who shared the cover of Sunday's Answer Book, recently returned to Champaign after his annual checkup at MD Anderson Center in Houston.
"I feel good, and I'm cancer free," Henson said. "So that's good news."
Fans of Henson, 82, would love to see the Illini's winningest coach make the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. His next chance is in February, when finalists for the Class of 2015 will be announced during NBA All-Star Weekend in Brooklyn.
Here's a video of Lou and Mary Henson sharing memories of moving to town — and of coming to town long before there was a job here.

Scott Richey, new to our editorial department, kicked off @ngpreps on Sunday.
"We don't want our readers and followers to have to go anywhere else to get the information they want or need when it comes to high school sports," he said. "Launching @ngpreps gives us that platform."
Among other things, the site allows us to get the word out about our growing library of photo galleries and videos produced on a daily basis.
