— Many folks didn't think it was funny that the former White House press secretary was part of an Emmys skit on Sunday, particularly those who are believers in freedom of the press.

— Reports indicate that Jay Z turned down the offer, but the NFL says no one has been offered the gig. As far as Jay Z, a real way to stick it to the NFL, if this were the case, would be to perform his hit "Story of OJ" while wearing a Kaepernick jersey.

Spicer looked like a hostage giving those statements. I think he believed in a greater good, and that the issues were just a matter of a new team adjusting to a new job. Sometimes when you are immersed in something you don't realize you're drowning. This can happen in abusive situations.
