Top of the Morning, Dec. 12, 2017

On Tuesdays, we'll introduce the kids behind "High School Confidential." Today: Champaign Central's SARAH MONEY, a member of the school's orchestra, Philosophy Club and Model U.N.

The 17-year-old senior isn't upset she'll miss out on what soon will be a refurbished high school.

"I've had a fine four years," said Money, who plans on majoring in history in college in the hope of one day working at a museum. "I'm just glad for the (students) coming up."

On Thursday, she'll get to show Central as it is today — "how crowded it can be" — when she takes over our Snapchat account. Follow along by searching for "news-gazette" on the app.

"Some of the facilities really could use updating," she said. "Especially being involved in music."
