Top of the Morning, Feb. 27, 2018

On Tuesdays, we'll introduce the kids behind "High School Confidential." Today: Salt Fork's KADE BENNETT, a versatile senior who is involved in student council, yearbook and National Honor Society.

The Fairmount teen is headed to Northern Illinois University in the fall and plans on majoring in English. After college?

"Hopefully, working at a job that makes me excited to get up in the morning," he said.

On Thursday, Bennett will take us behind the scenes in Catlin when he takes over our Snapchat account. Follow along by clicking here or by searching for "news-gazette" on the app. What will we see?

"The campus is very historic, so I'm excited to show some of the stories, opportunities and students inside," he said.
