Couple assumes leadership of Unitarian Fellowship of Charleston

CHARLESTON — The Unitarian Fellowship of Charleston has two new co-presidents.

The fellowship, which meets at 10:30 a.m. on the second Sunday of the month at Bob's Bookstore, 303 Lincoln Ave., recently announced Roger and Miriam Whitlow have assumed leadership roles there.

During the next meeting April 8, Roger Whitlow, a retired professor from Eastern Illinois University, will speak on "The History and Contributions of Unitarianism."

According to Whitlow, Unitarianism relies "on what our best knowledge allows us to know and verify."
