They're golfing for a good cause today at the Urbana County Club, where a full field is expected for Flightstar's annual charity event.

Proceeds from Patriot Golf Day benefit Folds of Honor, which provides scholarships to children and spouses of fallen and disabled service members.

Spicing it up: A lunchtime raffle that will see golf balls — each individually marked — dropped from a helicopter 50 feet above the first fairway.

"The golf ball finishing the closest to the target will win 50 percent entry fees, with the other 50 percent being donated to the Folds of Honor," said TYLER WHITE, the country club's director of development and membership.

We'll tell you how much money was raised — and what it looked like — later in the week.
