Champaign man gets 3 years for having pot for sale

URBANA — A judge has ordered one of two people arrested in a Champaign drug bust to prison for three years.

Lucas Hahn, 24, pleaded guilty Monday before Judge Heidi Ladd to possession with intent to deliver cannabis.

Police say Hahn had been under investigation by the Champaign County Street Crimes Task Force for alleged drug dealing.

On Jan. 17, the Champaign SWAT team executed a court-authorized search of the his home in the 2000 block of Winchester Drive, where they said they found several pounds of cannabis and cocaine, as well as more than $10,000 cash.
