Going smoke-free would boost business

While we don't live in Champaign-Urbana, my wife and I visit bars in the area.

However we are fair-weather visitors. Indoor smoke keeps us outside. Local businessmen, both in Champaign and Urbana, complain that if one city goes nonsmoking then all the patrons would flock to the other city in order to smoke.
