Finally he can enjoy Champaign nightlife

I would like to thank the Champaign City Council for allowing me to enjoy the nightlife that the city has to offer. I have to say that cigarette smoke in public has often discouraged me from going out or staying out in bars, clubs or restaurants.

I don't like the smell. I don't like the headaches it gives me, and I don't like it hanging on my clothes wherever I go until I get a chance to wash them.
