Let's keep smoking ban in Champaign

I am writing because of the possible reversal of the smoking ban. First of all, if Illinois bans smoking statewide it's kind of pointless to reverse ours.

Second, if restaurant owners had thought about it before a citywide ban was enacted, they would have discovered for the most part they had lines waiting for tables for the nonsmoking section all along.
