Smoke ban repeal would be reactionary

My wife and I are in the process of considering a move from the city where we've attended school, Columbus, Ohio. It is important to us that we move somewhere mid-sized yet urbane, with a vibrant downtown and music scene – somewhere friendly to young professionals and families alike.

Champaign is a city we are looking at.
