City council members on top of a problem

Once again, I have nothing but praise for esteemed members of the Champaign City Council – Vic McIntosh, Deb Feinen, Karen Foster (who was in charge of child care at the county nursing home), Mike LaDue (the guy who manages a pipe shop) and Mayor Gerald Schweighart.

Our community deserves representation by individuals who will not only shrewdly identify ordinances – hastily enacted by previous city councils – that have unequivocally adversely affected local business, but will also work fervently to reverse them.
