Smoking-ban laws extinguish freedom

As of 12:01 a.m. Jan. 1, the United States of America was no longer a free country. The people no longer have the rights granted us by our Constitution. We can no longer make free choices. We are not represented in the Congress.

Just 31 minutes after the no-smoking law went into effect, the Gestapo in Pekin arrested a man for smoking in public.
