National Geographic Channel a big loss

I was glad to see that Cindy Dorner (Aug. 17 letter) objects to Comcast's replacement of the National Geographic Channel on Channel 66 with the Big Ten Network.

I, too, am upset that the National Geographic Channel is longer on Channel 66. When I stopped by the Comcast office, I was informed that National Geographic Channel was moved into the digital service on Channel 450, requiring me to rent a set-top box and pay for digital cable. When I objected to this move, done despite continuous increases in the cost of basic cable, I was told there was nothing I could do about it.
