Change needed on editorial board too
It is an embarrassment that any paper, especially one from a prestigious university town in Barack Obama's home state, would endorse the McCain-Palin ticket.
McCain showed himself to be erratic, unfocused and confused when it came to solutions for the real problems we now face. He flip-flopped on many important issues of character, especially what once was his opposition to torture. Palin was clearly uninformed and incapable of taking over as commander-in-chief – the sole qualification of a vice president. With McCain's age and skin cancer, this was a real and scary possibility.
