Samaritan, good docs saved a beloved pet

We write to thank Ann England, a Good Samaritan who rescued our dog, Webster, after he was hit by a car that drove away on Neil Street about two weeks ago. We also thank Dr. Ngwenyama and Dr. McMichael of the Emergency and Critical Care Clinic at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.

We love Webster and are extremely grateful to those who helped him.
