Feingold's censure stand is admirable

For five years, the current occupant of the White House has made a mockery of American laws.
This government has illegally used taxpayer money to fund partisan propaganda. It has made a mockery of international laws intended to respect basis human rights for all prisoners – from abuse of detainees, to outright support for torture, to grabbing people out of their homes and rendering them to countries that torture.
