C-U smoke ban has changed social life

It is spring – finally. Unfortunately, we have to keep our windows closed.
We have a neighbor whose wife has exiled him to the parking lot to smoke – they have a new baby. He sits on the trunk of the family car and puffs away. The smoke blows our direction. When the wind is in the south, and the young mother in the far apartment in our building is out playing with her kids cigarette in hand, her smoke blows our way. When the folks in the townhouse next door entertain smoking guests, there is the same result.
