U.S. health care system threatened

There are times when I can't let comments pass without throwing in my two-cents. The demand for a government-controlled health care system is one of them.
We keep hearing how "most developed countries provide unlimited health care to their citizens." (What about non citizens, illegal immigrants or the indigent?)
