House OKs funding for cooperative high school
The Catlin, Jamaica and Oakwood school districts are a step closer to securing millions in state funding to help build a cooperative high school in Vermilion County.
The Illinois House on Tuesday passed legislation appropriating $25 million for the design and construction of the school, which would be the first of its kind in the state. The bill now goes to the state Senate.
