Champaign to consider buying property from Urban League
CHAMPAIGN – The city council will consider Tuesday whether it wants to pursue acquiring property at the southeast corner of Neil Street and Bradley Avenue, where the former Community Day Care center formerly operated.
The Urban League of Champaign County owns the property and is interested in selling it, though it hasn't officially put it on the market yet, according to Sandi Jones, interim chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the Urban League.
