Attorney checking on legality of messages on Tolono building
TOLONO – A Tolono appliance shop owner who has been painting messages on the side of his building may be ordered to stop.
The village board on Tuesday discussed whether to take action against Mark McLane, the owner of Eagle Head Enterprises in downtown Tolono.
