Sidney officials get update on water system projects
SIDNEY – Construction is under way on a new chlorine room and booster pump station for the village's water system.
The village board Monday heard from Supervisor of Operations Earl Bennett about progress on the structure, which is replacing the chlorine room in an abandoned water treatment plant. Last month, board members approved up to $55,000 for the 12-by-26-foot room's construction.
