One less Grandy´s, one more Za´s soon

Schmitt closed his other Grandy's on Springfield Avenue two weeks ago and plans to open a Za's Italian Cafe at that location in three months under a licensing agreement with Campustown restaurateur Bruce Hink.
CHAMPAIGN - More than two decades ago, Peter Schmitt sampled his first Grandy's meal in Texas, and it reminded him of the Sunday dinners he used to have on his grandparents' farm in Wisconsin.
