Champaign man pleads guilty to DUI

URBANA – A Champaign man whose drunken driving contributed to the death of a University of Illinois student last year pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor Tuesday and was sentenced to two months in the county jail.
Dongki Yoon, 24, who listed an address in the 1000 block of South Mattis Avenue, was also sentenced to a year of conditional discharge, a form of probation without reporting to an officer, after pleading guilty before Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis to driving under the influence of alcohol.
