Informational meeting to be held on widening part of Windsor Road

URBANA – An informational meeting about widening Windsor Road to four lanes between Philo Road and Illinois 130 will precede Monday night's meeting of the Urbana City Council.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and will include about a 10-minute overview about the $7.25 million Windsor Road project, which is set to begin in 2009, said Urbana Public Works Director William Gray.
