URBANA – An Urbana man who, with another man, robbed adult entertainment stores in Urbana and Champaign last summer while armed with baseball bats was sentenced Wednesday to 40 years in prison.

Champaign County Judge Heidi Ladd made a specific finding that at least one of the two victims who was clubbed in the Aug. 29 armed robbery of the I-Block Arcade, 213 S. Neil St., C, was seriously injured and over 60. That means that Tori Starks, 23, who listed an address in the 200 block of East Grove Street, will have to serve at least 34 years of his sentence.
