Provena to terminate PersonalCare contract

CHAMPAIGN -- Provena Health says it is terminating its contract with PersonalCare insurance, effective June 2.
That means Provena's six hospitals, including Provena Covenant Medical Center in Urbana and Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, will become "out of network" providers for PersonalCare's managed care members.
