Smoking ban takes effect today with mixed feelings

URBANA – Steve and Cheryl Pittman of Champaign were enjoying a last breakfast of sorts Monday morning at the Steak 'n Shake at 2009 Kenyon Road, U.
Monday was the last day that Cheryl Pittman could enjoy a cigarette with her meal at a restaurant in Urbana, an opportunity she was taking full advantage of.
