Hearing-impaired infants can prevail with proper help

URBANA – Long before Diamond Cooper could walk, talk or yell for more Cheerios, she failed a test.

It had no boxes to write in with No. 2 pencils, no essays to compose. There were only two options for answers: yes or no.
