Interim chief gets job full time

Eileen Gebbie was appointed executive director for Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County on Friday afternoon.
CHAMPAIGN – Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County has chosen its interim executive director, Eileen Gebbie, to remain in charge of the organization.
Habitat officials said Friday that they conducted a thorough search for a new leader and found Gebbie to be the best candidate to take over as permanent executive director.
