Grant brings art gallery dream to life

URBANA – Jan Chandler dreamed about opening an art gallery for the last several years.
During trips to Ireland and other Celtic areas with her husband, Chandler had grown to love Celtic art, which uses spiral shapes and knotwork designs that are often carved into stone or engraved into metal.
