Dukeman to be top executive for company

URBANA – Make no mistake about it.
Even though plans call for First Busey Corp. Chairman and CEO Douglas Mills to remain chairman for two years once First Busey and Main Street Trust Inc. merge next year, he won't be the company's top executive.
