Danville using new federal rule to buy 2 buses

DANVILLE – Danville Mass Transit can now buy its buses sooner rather than later.
For the first time since it was implemented two years ago, local officials are taking advantage of a new federal rule that allows states to match federal dollars with credit instead of cash.
